Sharmayne's emphasis is on finding balance in your life- in your relationships, perspectives, and obligations. Her life has shown her the absolute necessity of balance if anyone expects to live a truly fulfilling life.
It is Sharmayne's more than 14 years of expertise building businesses from the ground up, her MBA and her years of teaching Psychology and Organizational Behavior for the City University of New York (CUNY) coupled with her experience raising her daughter as a divorced mom, and caring for her grandparents after her mother's death that uniquely qualify her to provide guidance and leadership to those desiring to achieve success, balance and significance in their lives.
Her stories of struggle, sacrifice and success offer her clients and audiences a look into a life that had been out of balance and an opportunity to learn from her mistakes. Sharmayne is currently working on her first book, "...It Don't Count" addressing the topics of values, celibacy and the absurdity of excuses. This will be a vehicle to open up these conversations in a light, palatable way.
